[This Week's IPO] February Fifth Week Demand Forecast and Subscription Schedule

In the fifth week of this month (February), Samhyeon will conduct a demand forecast. K&AR System is preparing for a general subscription.

◆Samhyeon= Established in 1988, Samhyeon is a company that supplies motion control systems specialized in smart actuators and power units based on '3-in-1' technology through the development of motors, controllers, and reducers. The company's flagship product, the smart actuator, is equipped with high performance, high precision control, and compact features, making it a system recognized for leading the electrification and unmanned trends in the industry.

The total number of shares offered is 2 million. The desired offering price band is 20,000 to 25,000 KRW, with a total offering amount of approximately 40 billion to 50 billion KRW. After conducting the demand forecast from February 29 to March 7, the offering price will be finalized, and subscriptions will be held on March 12 and 13, with plans to enter the KOSDAQ market within March. The lead underwriter is Korea Investment & Securities.

◆K&AR System= K&AR System finalized its offering price at 13,500 KRW, exceeding the upper limit of the desired band of 9,000 to 11,000 KRW. It recorded a final competition rate of 873.2 to 1, with an offering amount of approximately 28.4 billion KRW, and the market capitalization after listing is expected to be around 146.7 billion KRW.

After listing, K&AR System plans to actively expand its business. It will initiate the supply of commercialized hydraulic robot system products and accelerate the acquisition of large-scale test equipment projects. Starting this year, it plans to supply various hydraulic robot products to industries such as steel, shipbuilding, and construction. The company has secured a development and supply pipeline for eight hydraulic robot systems, including the blast furnace slag removal robot (steel), ship mooring robot (shipbuilding and shipping), coal recovery robot (thermal power), and tunnel rock bolt installation robot (civil engineering).
