Hanul Headquarters, Key Contributor to Regional Cooperation ... Holds 'Nuclear Power Communication Committee' Meeting

2024 1st Regular Meeting of Hanul Headquarters Nuclear Power Communication Committee

On the 22nd, Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters held the '2024 1st Regular Meeting of the Hanul Headquarters Nuclear Power Communication Committee' at the headquarters' public relations center.

Hanul Headquarters, Key Contributor to Regional Cooperation ... Holds 'Nuclear Power Communication Committee' Meeting Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters held the 1st Nuclear Power Communication Committee meeting of 2024.

The Nuclear Power Communication Committee serves as a permanent communication channel between local residents and the Hanul Headquarters, consisting of a total of 17 members including county councilors, regional development experts, the Hanul Headquarters director, and key personnel within the company.


At this regular meeting, all five new members, including Kim Seong-gi, Chairman of the Buk-myeon Village Chiefs Association, Moon Yun-gi, Chairman of the Uljin-eup Village Chiefs Association, the Hanul Headquarters 1st Power Plant Director, the Shin Hanul 1st Construction Site Director, and the Shin Hanul 2nd Construction Site Director, attended and warmly greeted the existing committee members.


The committee members, including Chairman Lee Se-yong, freely exchanged opinions on current headquarters issues such as the 'Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters Operation Status,' '2024 Business Support Project Plan,' and 'Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters Social Contribution Project Performance.'


Director Lee Se-yong emphasized, "Communication is more important than anything else for the mutual growth and development of Uljin County and the Hanul Headquarters," adding, "This year as well, we will prioritize safety to achieve key tasks such as the completion of Shin Hanul Unit 2 and the construction of Shin Hanul Units 3 and 4."


Kim Seong-gi, Chairman of the Buk-myeon Village Chiefs Association, responded, "I will listen attentively and learn a lot. I hope that the holding of the Nuclear Power Communication Committee will strengthen the relationship between the local community and the Hanul Headquarters."


The Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters plans to continue active communication with the local community through the Nuclear Power Communication Committee.
