Shinyoung Securities announced on the 23rd that it held its 68th anniversary ceremony at its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul.


The event proceeded with the presentation of awards to long-term employees followed by the 'Proud Shinyoung Employee Award.' A total of 18 employees received long-term service awards. Awardees were granted sabbatical leave and bonuses according to their years of service.


The 'Proud Shinyoung Employee Award' is given to departments and employees who have demonstrated outstanding performance over the past year. Awards are presented across six categories: Profit, Innovation, Corporate Image, Organizational Culture, Ethics, and Rising Star.


In the Profit category, the FICC Division and CM Division were honored for contributing to the company's profit improvement through enhanced efficiency and productivity. In the Innovation category, the Smart Refit 2.0 Project Team, which launched the asset management platform 'Smart Refit 2.0,' and APEX Private Club Cheongdam received awards. APEX Family Office Busan was selected in the Corporate Image category. Additionally, the Management Support Team was awarded in the Organizational Culture category for contributing to the spread of communication culture among employees.


Meanwhile, Shinyoung Securities, established in 1956, has been developing under the management philosophy of 'Trust from customers is the foundation of prosperity' (信則根榮, Shinjeokgeunyeong), maintaining a stable profit structure and sound financial health. Since the current management took over in 1971, the company has recorded consecutive profits for 53 years.
