Recruiting Partner Company Applicants for 4-Week Job Training
Offering Congratulations Bonus and Internship Opportunities to Outstanding Graduates
Hyundai Motor Company and Kia will launch a program that supports partner companies from recruiting to hiring personnel. Various training sessions will be provided to applicants of partner companies, along with employment opportunities.
On the 23rd, Hyundai Motor Company and Kia announced the implementation of this win-win growth program called 'Here We Go.'
Accordingly, young people interested in the mobility industry will be offered job training and internship experiences at excellent partner companies. For partner companies in need of talent, those who have completed job training will be connected one-on-one to support their hiring.
The program targets young people aged 19 to 34 who are interested in employment at Hyundai Motor Company and Kia partner companies. It will be operated in two sessions, with 40 participants per session. Selected individuals will receive four weeks of specialized automotive job training (1st session) or research and development (R&D) job training (2nd session) at the Hyundai Motor Group Global Win-Win Cooperation Center in Gyeongju, Gyeongbuk.
Those who complete the training will be offered a three-month internship opportunity at excellent Hyundai Motor Company and Kia partner companies. Based on internship results, outstanding graduates will have the chance to be hired as regular employees at the respective partner companies. Additionally, a congratulatory payment will be given to those who complete the training. Interested applicants can apply through the Here We Go program website by the 8th of next month.
