Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH), in collaboration with Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, is supplying support facility sites within the 'Yeoncheon BIX (Business & Industry Complex)'.
The support facility sites being supplied this time consist of a total of 7 lots, with the expected supply price ranging from 299,466,000 to 334,935,000 KRW. The supply price varies by lot.
Yeoncheon BIX is an industrial complex developed on a 600,000㎡ area located at 273-4 Tonghyeon-ri, Yeoncheon-eup, Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, equipped with excellent transportation infrastructure including Subway Line 1, National Road No. 3, and No. 37.
Planned facilities include a corporate support center supporting management, technology development, and employee welfare, as well as Happy Housing. It boasts an outstanding location as an eco-friendly food cluster with a beautiful clean natural environment certified by UNESCO as a biosphere reserve and a global geopark.
The land supply schedule is set for March 4, and bidding will be conducted through the GH land sales system (buy.gh.or.kr), followed by contract procedures within March.
