Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that, in collaboration with the Seoul Business Agency and the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, it will operate the "G-Valley Smart Work IT Technology Seminar" every Wednesday at the G-Valley Corporate Citizen Hall until May 1.

"Remote work (Smart Work)" refers to a system that allows people to work anytime and anywhere without being restricted by time and place by utilizing information and communication (IT) technology.

With the spread of telecommuting due to COVID-19, remote work (Smart Work) has gained attention. Introducing remote work (Smart Work), an efficient work method, can improve corporate productivity. Accordingly, the district is jointly hosting seminars to support companies.

The seminar provides education on how to build and utilize a remote work (Smart Work) environment using the latest information and communication (IT) technology and artificial intelligence (AI) software. It is operated from the 1st to the 3rd session targeting G-Valley company executives and practitioners. Each session offers 10 classes every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., recruiting about 50 participants per class.

The curriculum includes ▲ Introduction to Remote Work (Smart Work) for Beginners ▲ Chat-GPT Writing and Utilization ▲ Explanation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools ▲ Artificial Intelligence (AI) Image Generation. The tuition is completely free.

Currently, recruitment is underway for the 1st session participants, which runs until May 1. Company executives or practitioners who wish to participate can check the details and apply on the website. Those who want to join the 2nd and 3rd sessions can apply in May and August, respectively.

Upon completion of the training, certificates will be issued, and participants who achieve excellent results in the competitions held for each session will be awarded prize money.

Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, said, "An efficient and flexible work environment is necessary to enhance corporate productivity and competitiveness," adding, "Companies preparing for innovation in work methods are encouraged to actively utilize this seminar."
