Saltlux "Subsidiaries Sign 1.5 Billion KRW Business Transfer Agreement"

Saltlux announced on the 21st that its subsidiary, Diquest, has decided to acquire the sales divisions of the Convergence and Platform Business Headquarters of Saltlux Innovation.

The acquisition price is approximately 1.5 billion KRW, and the scheduled acquisition date is March 28. The purpose of the acquisition is to expand business areas and strengthen market competitiveness.
