On Wednesday the 21st, rain or snow is expected to fall in most areas nationwide.
Expected precipitation amounts until the 22nd are 5 to 15mm in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi, 30 to 80mm on the East Coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon, 5 to 20mm in inland Gangwon, and 10 to 30mm in the Chungcheong region. Gwangju, Jeonnam, and Jeonbuk will receive 20 to 60mm and 10 to 40mm respectively. Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, Daegu, and inland Gyeongbuk are expected to have 10 to 60mm, while the East Coast of Gyeongbuk and Jeju Island are forecasted to receive 30 to 80mm.
Expected snowfall amounts are 1 to 5cm in the Seoul metropolitan area over two days starting from this day, 1 to 8cm in the Chungcheong region, and 1 to 5cm in inland Gyeongsang. Some northeastern mountainous areas of Gangwon and Gyeongbuk may see heavy snowfall exceeding 50cm.
Daytime high temperatures are expected to range from 2 to 10 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels are forecasted to be 'Good' in most areas nationwide. Sea waves will be 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.
