KleanNara Honored with '39th Excellent Paper Industry Award' Hosted by Paper Association

Clean Nara was selected for the '39th Excellent Paper Industry Award' organized by the Korea Paper Association.

Clean Nara announced that on the 20th, at the '39th Excellent Paper Industry Award' ceremony held at the Seoul Club in Jangchung-dong, Seoul, Gwak Jong-shin, head of the Public Affairs Team at the Cheongju Plant, and Lee Chang-hee, team leader of the HL Business Division's tissue paper production team, received the award.

The Excellent Paper Industry Award is given to individuals who have contributed to the development of the domestic paper industry and paper innovation activities.

Awardee Gwak Jong-shin, who joined the company in 1994 and has worked in the Public Affairs Team for about 29 years, was recognized for his contributions to the development of the paper industry by leading equipment trouble prevention and process stabilization through work standardization. He also played a significant role in fostering new ideas among team members and strengthening safety awareness through proactive work performance.

Team leader Lee Chang-hee, who joined in 2010, was acknowledged for his contributions to the development of the paper industry over 13 years by improving productivity in tissue paper base paper and processing, enhancing quality, reducing waste loss, and cutting manufacturing costs. He also contributed to establishing the foundation of the tissue paper production team by introducing work efficiency systems such as RTD and MES and improving processes.

A Clean Nara official said, “We sincerely congratulate the two awardees who have worked hard not only for the company's development but also for the advancement of the paper industry. Going forward, Clean Nara will do its best to unite all employees and develop into a leading hub of K-paper industry representing Korea.”
