Amose Food Co., Ltd., a dining-out specialist company, is opening its first store at Emart through a master franchise agreement with the world's largest sushi company, Bento Sushi.
Bento Sushi started as a small takeout shop in downtown Toronto in 1996 and now operates over 1,000 stores across North America, producing more than 24 million pieces of sushi annually, making it one of the world's largest sushi companies. Based on the concept of "offering California rolls and sushi at a professional level at reasonable prices," Bento Sushi is expanding its business through various business models tailored to different commercial areas, including not only typical restaurants but also shopping malls, marts, hospitals, universities, and airports.
Amose Food offers a variety of products that customers can enjoy as they wish, including over 30 types of individual rolls such as the representative "California Crunch Roll" and "Salmon Volcano Roll" from Bento Sushi, as well as sushi menus featuring salmon and tuna. They also provide sets like the Fiji Combo and Doki Combo, which are perfect for single servings, and large Family Packs suitable for sharing among several people.
In particular, to commemorate the opening, a special event will be held for one month, allowing customers to try and purchase cost-effective and globally standard roll & sushi menus without any burden.

Bento Sushi plans to open its first store inside Emart Yongsan on February 22, followed by sequential openings at Emart Mokdong on February 29 and Emart Wolgye on March 7.
An official from Amose Food stated, "As dining-out prices soar, the purchase of convenient takeout food that can be trusted through marts has become more active. We planned to offer high-quality roll & sushi menus guaranteed by a global brand at a good value." They added, "Just like the Western-style deli brand 'Cafe Amose,' which has been loved for over 30 years in department stores, Bento Sushi will also continue to conduct research and development to become a brand loved for a long time."
