Grand Korea Leisure (GKL) announced that it is recruiting trainees for the 'Convergence Tourism Talent Development Program' until the 25th. This is part of GKL's youth employment support program, offering on-site training related to casino dealing and related jobs for young people aspiring to work in integrated resorts and casinos. The training period is 11 weeks, from March 4 to May 17. Trainees will complete courses in game operations, basic foreign languages, integrated resort duties (hotel, food and beverage, MICE, etc.), and service education before proceeding to on-site training. After the training, GKL plans to operate an additional six-month employment support program to help trainees transition into actual employment.

Kangwon Land recently established an overseas marketing team through organizational restructuring and expanded the roles and functions of the Tourism Marketing Headquarters. It plans to secure foreign customers through active promotional activities and strengthen the competitiveness of its integrated resort.
