Applications accepted from February 22 to March 20... A total of 19 categories including playgrounds and senior centers
Up to 15 million KRW per support complex, covering 50% of total project costs
Gangdong-gu (Mayor Lee Su-hee) announced that it will hold a public contest for the 2024 Apartment Support Project from February 22 to March 20.
This apartment support project is designed to partially cover the maintenance and repair costs of common facilities in apartments within the district, aiming to create a pleasant and safe residential environment.
The support projects include 19 categories such as ▲repair of main roads and security lights ▲installation and repair of safety accident prevention facilities like fire prevention ▲improvement of staff facilities ▲repair of sports facilities and children's playgrounds open to nearby residents ▲repair of welfare facilities such as senior citizen centers.
The eligible applicants are apartments defined under the Apartment Management Act. Apartments wishing to apply must pass a resolution at the residents' representative meeting and submit the required documents by mail or in person to the Apartment Division of Gangdong-gu Office.
The district office will review the documents and conduct on-site inspections of the applicants, and select support recipients through a review committee that includes private experts.
The maximum support amount per apartment complex is 15 million KRW, and the district office’s maximum support rate is 50% of the total project cost.
Mayor Lee Su-hee of Gangdong-gu stated, “Through this apartment support project, we aim to improve aging common facilities and strive to create a pleasant and safe residential environment. We hope for your active interest and applications.”
