Songam Park Jungheung S-Class SK VIEW is an apartment complex embracing a park created through the private park special project (Songam Neighborhood Park). The private park special project refers to a project where more than 70% of the urban park planned site is made into a park, and the remaining 30% is used for residential facilities, etc. The apartment is built right next to the park, providing abundant green space, allowing residents to use the park as their front yard and enjoy permanent views.

Songam Neighborhood Park, covering approximately 370,000㎡, will be developed as an eco-friendly ecological space with various cultural facilities centered around three themes: Hwalbit Madang, Solbit Madang, and Neulbit Madang. Hwalbit Madang will include a cultural welfare center, soccer field, camping site, playground, and various leisure activity spaces. Solbit Madang will feature an ecological learning center and resting areas. Neulbit Madang will be designed as a community space for residents with meeting areas, urban gardens, and health yards.

There is an elementary school site (planned) right in front of the complex, and all school districts including Hyochon Middle School and Inseong High School are within walking distance, allowing children to commute safely. It is also close to the academy districts formed in Jinwol-dong and Bongseon-dong, areas known for high educational enthusiasm in Gwangju.

Expectations for improved transportation environment are also high. Hyochon Station on the Gyeongjeon Line is located near the complex. Recently, Gwangju City is promoting a plan to include Hyochon Station in the 'Gwangju~Jeonnam Naju Metropolitan Railroad Line.' In addition, it is close to the Hyo-deok IC on the 2nd Ring Road, making travel by car convenient. It is also near the large residential area of Hyochon District and the central residential area of Nam-gu, Jinwol District.

Songam Park Jungheung S-Class SK VIEW boasts the largest scale in Nam-gu, Gwangju, with 1,575 units. The consortium of Jungheung Construction and SK Ecoplant plans to create various high-quality designs and community facilities for the convenience of residents.
