Cheongsong-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, will conduct inspections of electric vehicle charging facilities from the 19th to the 23rd to prevent any inconvenience to users in advance.

Currently, a total of 49 electric vehicle charging stations are operating within the county, and their information can be checked through the Ministry of Environment’s ‘Zero-Emission Vehicle Integrated Website.’ The county plans to compare and inspect the information provided on the ‘Zero-Emission Vehicle Integrated Website’ with on-site conditions through field verification.


In addition, guidance and inspections will be conducted regarding charging obstruction acts, and notices related to such acts will be checked and addressed.


Furthermore, the presence of fire extinguishing equipment at the charging facilities will be inspected, and safety guidelines such as caution against moisture during vehicle charging and overcharging will be provided to prevent fires during charging.


County Governor Yoon Kyung-hee stated, “In 2024, we will continue to expand the electric vehicle charging infrastructure to ensure that residents and tourists can use it without inconvenience.”
