[Concall] Kakao "LLM KoGPT 2.0, Advanced Through Internal Testing"

On the 15th, Hong Eun-taek, CEO of Kakao, stated during the Q4 earnings conference call that "KoGPT 2.0 has secured a level of technological capability sufficient for actual application in Kakao services, and is currently undergoing advancement through various tests within the community." KoGPT 2.0 is a large language model (LLM) being developed by Kakao Brain.

CEO Hong continued, "Since many services in the Kakao ecosystem target the entire population, cost competitiveness and service efficiency are important," adding, "We will pursue a hybrid strategy combining our self-developed foundation models with global artificial intelligence (AI) models."
