Jangseong-gun, Lecture by Professor Jeong Heewon from Seoul Asan Hospital on the 15th

Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 13th that it will hold the 21st Century Jangseong Academy on the 15th at the small theater of Jangseong Culture and Arts Center, inviting Jeong Heewon, Clinical Assistant Professor of Geriatrics at Seoul Asan Medical Center.

Professor Jeong graduated from Seoul National University College of Medicine and earned a master's degree in internal medicine and a Ph.D. in science from KAIST.

His representative book is "The Habit of Aging Slowly," and he continues active activities such as appearing on multiple YouTube channels and giving lectures.

The "wealthy in the era of 100 years" emphasized by Professor Jeong is not simply determined by the amount of money.

In old age, when physical and cognitive functions decline, large sums are spent on medical care and caregiving, and quality of life also decreases.

Through this lecture, Professor Jeong Heewon plans to share habits to become a "true wealthy person" who can live healthily in the era of 100 years.

The 21st Century Jangseong Academy, which holds the world record for the longest continuous operation, is held every first and third Thursday of the month.

This week, an electronic violin performance will be held as a pre-show.
