On the 13th, NHN announced that it has signed a publishing contract with RingGames for the subculture game 'Stella Fantasy.'
Stella Fantasy is a collectible role-playing game (RPG) supporting cross-platform play on PC and mobile, developed by RingGames. It features high-quality visuals using Unreal Engine and dazzling action from 3D bishoujo characters. Through this contract, NHN will hold the publishing rights for all global countries except China and will proceed with publishing.
Stella Fantasy targets subculture game users and is characterized by a vast worldview and game storyline created by a professional scenario team. Each character’s body type and weapons are designed uniquely, with individual animation direction produced so that each character has its own distinct personality. Additionally, the real-time 4-player simultaneous battle action system allows players to strategically operate various characters. Players can freely switch characters during battles for control, while other characters participate and support in real-time combat through artificial intelligence (AI) functions. The game also includes stages to enjoy the main story, boss battles, and PvE (player versus environment) content.
Kim Sang-ho, head of NHN’s game business division, said, "We are taking on the challenge of the subculture game genre through Stella Fantasy. With Stella Fantasy’s unique gameplay combined with NHN’s extensive publishing experience and game service know-how, we are confident in a successful global launch and service."
