Yongsan-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Park Hee-young) is accepting applications for the "2024 Apartment Management Support Project" targeting apartment complexes in the area until the 29th of this month. The aim is to create a safe and pleasant residential environment by supporting part of the costs necessary for apartment management and safety.
The support targets apartment complexes with 30 or more households in the area, and supports projects stipulated in the "Yongsan-gu Apartment Management Support Ordinance," including ▲repair of auxiliary facilities, welfare facilities, and common areas within the complex ▲energy-saving practice projects ▲installation and improvement of facilities for the disabled, bicycle-related facilities, and delivery facilities ▲expansion and repair of outdoor parking lots ▲shared electricity and water bills for permanent rental apartments ▲improvement projects for the working environment of workers such as security guards within the complex.
If selected for the support project, up to 70% of the project costs necessary for maintenance and repair of common facilities or safety management can be supported. The support limit is up to 23 million KRW per apartment complex.
In particular, urgent repairs of common facilities such as safety hazard facilities, improvement of the working environment for workers such as security guards within the complex, and projects targeting marginalized groups such as the elderly and disabled will be given priority support.
Apartment complexes wishing to apply for support can visit the Housing Division on the 7th floor of Yongsan-gu Office, or apply by registered mail or email by the 29th of this month with the required documents.
The district will review the projects and conduct on-site investigations, then decide on the target projects and support amounts through the Apartment Support Deliberation Committee in April. The selection results will be individually notified to each complex.
