On Tuesday the 13th, the daytime high temperature will rise to around 15 degrees Celsius, making it mild.
There will be occasional clouds nationwide, but Jeju Island and the southern coast will be mostly cloudy. Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -4 and 6 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs ranging from 12 to 18 degrees Celsius.
Seoul is expected to have temperatures between 4 and 14 degrees, Daejeon 2 to 15 degrees, Daegu 1 to 17 degrees, and Busan 6 to 16 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels are predicted to be 'bad' in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Yeongseo region of Gangwon Province, Sejong, and Chungbuk, while other areas will have 'moderate' levels.
Incheon, Daejeon, Chungnam, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk are expected to experience temporarily 'bad' levels from the morning. Very strong winds will blow from dawn in the mountainous areas of Gangwon and northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, so it is advised to refer to upcoming weather information.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore. In the offshore seas (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
