Light snow or rain will fall in various parts of the country. Jeju Island will experience occasional rain in the morning, and a little snow will fall temporarily in the Yeongseo region of Gangwon Province in the afternoon. In northern and eastern Gyeonggi and Chungbuk, raindrops less than 0.1 mm or snow less than 0.1 cm will be scattered.

Expected precipitation amounts are less than 5 mm for Ulleungdo and Dokdo, less than 1 mm for Yeongseo in Gangwon, with less than 1 cm of snow forecasted in these areas. Jeju Island will receive less than 5 mm of rain over two days starting from the 10th, and 1 to 5 cm of snow is forecasted in the mountainous areas.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -9 and 1 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 3 and 11 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels will be at a 'bad' level nationwide due to residual fine dust from the previous day and the influx of foreign fine dust.
Dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters is expected in the southern inland areas of Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon, inland Chungcheong, and northern inland Gyeongbuk, so caution is advised for traffic safety on the way home.
