50th Anniversary Founding Celebration Future Vision Announcement
Emblem English Abbreviation Using Initials ‘KGBA’
The Korea Golf Course Management Association (KGBA) announced a new corporate identity (CI) to mark its 50th anniversary this year.
On the 8th, KGBA explained, "The new CI reflects the association's identity and the changed roles and values over time, as we have strived not only for the development of the golf course industry over the past half-century but also to make golf courses a foothold for improving public health." They added, "While maintaining the circular theme, the design embodies our determination to become a compass for the golf industry by presenting a new future vision with a sophisticated image."
The basic color, dark green, symbolizes the association's gravity and trust. The symbol and logo are created in black, gold, and silver. They can be widely used in various printed materials and design products. Additionally, the 50th anniversary emblem and slogan were unveiled. The emblem utilizes the initials of the association’s English abbreviation, ‘KGBA.’ The slogan, ‘Keep Growing, Benefit All,’ was selected to convey the meaning of ‘sustainable growth of the golf course industry and sharing benefits with member companies.’
