PharmGen Science announced on the 8th that it has completed the integrated new employee training for PharmGen Science and its affiliates, which was conducted over four days starting from the 30th of last month.
Until last year, PharmGen Group conducted new employee training separately for each company. However, starting this year, with the goal of successful onboarding of new employees and enhancing understanding of the rapidly growing PharmGen Group, training was conducted together with affiliates including PharmGen Science, Access Bio, Access Bio Korea, Wells Bio, Incuten, and V-Light Investment.
On the first day, department-specific job training was conducted to cultivate the basic qualities as a PharmGen member. The second day was filled with site visits to understand the affiliates. On the third day, training on organizational communication and business manners, focusing on the concept of "not me but us," was provided. On the final day, the integrated new employee training for the group was concluded with volunteer activities at the elderly care facility ‘Seongnyeo Louise’s House.’
Park Hee-deok, Vice Chairman of PharmGen Science, said, “The rapid growth of PharmGen Group is due to securing talent and sparing no effort in education and support to help them grow,” adding, “We will continue to implement various group-level training programs to integrate and develop the talent image of the entire PharmGen Group.”
