Jin Gyo-hoon, Mayor of Gangseo-gu, Seoul (center), attended the degree conferment ceremony at Korea Polytechnic University Seoul Gangseo Campus at 11 a.m. on the 7th, awarded a certificate to an exemplary student, and is taking a commemorative photo.

Jin Gyo-hoon, Mayor of Gangseo District, attended the degree conferment ceremony held at 11 a.m. on the 7th at the Student Hall of Korea Polytechnic University Seoul Gangseo Campus, delivering congratulatory and encouraging remarks.

Mayor Jin said, “All the experiences, accumulated thoughts, and knowledge you have gained so far will serve as nourishment for the challenge toward a new hopeful future,” adding, “I sincerely support all graduates in realizing their dreams in their respective fields.”

He continued, “We will provide more educational opportunities to students and build close cooperative relationships with educational institutions to further regional educational development,” emphasizing, “We will make continuous efforts so that students can achieve their goals and grow into talents who lead regional development.”

At the degree conferment ceremony, Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon, Yeo Sang-tae, Dean of Korea Polytechnic University Seoul Gangseo Campus, graduates, and parents attended to support the students’ new beginnings.

The ceremony proceeded in the order of the opening address, awarding of degrees and certificates, presentation of awards to outstanding and exemplary students, and congratulatory remarks by Mayor Jin Gyo-hoon.

On the same day in the morning, Mayor Jin also attended the ‘2024 Winter Vacation University Student Administrative and Welfare Experience Group Closing Meeting’ held at the district office, where he had a time of communication by freely discussing the experiences and difficulties students felt in administrative and welfare fields.
