Applications can be submitted by downloading the application form from the Seo-gu Integrated Library website and submitting it either by visiting Sangnok Library or via email.

Seo-gu will support discussion books, activity spaces, and capacity-building education for club activities, and plans to operate various events such as selecting outstanding reading clubs and hosting the 'Reading Club Festival.'

In particular, at the end of the year, a collection titled 'Chaekmajung,' which includes club activities and members' works, will be produced and distributed.

Kim Minsuk, Director of the Education Library, said, "Reading clubs are not just activities for reading books but meaningful activities where people share and communicate their thoughts through books," adding, "I hope many residents discover the joy of reading through voluntary and active participation in the clubs."
