Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is providing information to residents about hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies that will be open during the Lunar New Year holiday to ensure a healthy and happy holiday for the community.

During the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday from the 9th to the 12th, 23 hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in Goseong-gun will operate on designated dates.

In particular, hospital-level medical institutions in Goseong-gun will operate emergency rooms throughout the holiday period, and on the substitute holiday, the 12th, normal outpatient services will be available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., establishing an emergency medical system during the Lunar New Year holiday and minimizing inconvenience for residents in accessing medical care.

Shim Yoon-kyung, Director of the Public Health Center, stated, “We will thoroughly operate the emergency medical system during this Lunar New Year holiday to ensure everyone can spend it healthily and happily,” adding, “Please check for hospitals and clinics open nearby through notices, the website, Band, or by contacting institutions, and receive medical care comfortably.”

Meanwhile, information about hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies open during the Lunar New Year holiday can be obtained by calling 129 (Health and Welfare Call Center), 119 (Emergency Situation Management Center), or 120 (Provincial Call Center), and can also be found through the Emergency Medical Portal and Emergency Medical Information app.
