Duzon Bizon Supplies 'AI Service' to Korea Productivity Center

Duzon Bizon announced on the 7th that it signed a 'Business Agreement for AI Service Supply and Commercialization' with the Korea Productivity Center (KPC, Chairman An Wanki) at Duzon Eulji Tower in Jung-gu, Seoul, the previous day. Before the official launch of its artificial intelligence (AI) service, the company plans to secure the Korea Productivity Center as its first customer reference and actively expand the AX (AI Transformation) ecosystem.

According to the agreement, Duzon Bizon will supply its AI service, ‘ONE AI,’ to the Korea Productivity Center for the first time. ONE AI can be compared to Microsoft (MS) Copilot’s similar functions, but it differentiates itself by utilizing all structured and unstructured data generated within individual companies, including ERP, groupware, email, and approval systems. This approach minimizes hallucination (the phenomenon of generating false information as if it were true), a known issue with generative AI, by not applying unnecessary data to companies and providing results optimized for each company’s specific tasks.

A key strength is providing AI services optimized for corporate data security. Existing AI services are often used independently without integration with business solutions, raising concerns about data leakage and personal information protection.

In contrast, ONE AI is based on ‘One Chamber,’ a document centralization tool, and ‘One Piece,’ a document creation tool included in Duzon ERP, ensuring that internal corporate data is securely stored and managed. Therefore, it enables business innovation through ONE AI without external data leakage and establishes a robust environment for corporate information security.

The Korea Productivity Center plans to enhance work productivity through ONE AI and disseminate this experience across the industry. Established under Article 32 of the Industrial Development Act to efficiently and systematically promote productivity improvement in the industrial sector, the Korea Productivity Center is a non-profit special corporation founded in 1957, celebrating its 67th anniversary this year. It supports services such as consulting, education, and research surveys to help improve the competitiveness of companies and industries.

Ji Yonggu, Vice President of the Growth Strategy Division at Duzon Bizon, said, “Through this partnership, we will be able to provide innovative AI services to industries that need to adopt AI.” He added, “We will continue to integrate AI into corporate work environments and expand the AX ecosystem.”
