Dongui University Dental Hygiene and Game Engineering Departments Conduct Winter IP Capacity Building Camp

Support for the Patent Office's New Industry Sector Intellectual Property Convergence Talent Development Project

The Dong-Eui University New Industry Sector Intellectual Property Convergence Talent Development Project Group (Director: Imgeon Lee) recently held the 2023 Winter Intellectual Property (IP) Capacity Building Camp for the Department of Dental Hygiene and the Department of Game Engineering during the winter break.

The Department of Dental Hygiene and the Department of Game Engineering at Dong-Eui University conducted the Winter IP Capacity Building Camp.

The Winter IP Capacity Building Camp for the Department of Dental Hygiene took place from January 15 to 16 at Lotte City Hotel Jeju in Jeju Island, with 20 top-performing students in related courses participating in programs such as idea generation, design drawing creation, and design application specification drafting.

The IP Capacity Building Camp for the Department of Game Engineering was held from January 24 to 26 at Hanwha Resort in Jeju Island, providing 30 enrolled students with seminars to raise awareness of intellectual property and training on patent application specification drafting.

The New Industry Sector Intellectual Property Convergence Talent Development Project is a program supported by the Korean Intellectual Property Office to nurture future talents equipped with technical expertise and intellectual property capabilities. At Dong-Eui University, the Departments of Game Engineering and Dental Hygiene have been selected to participate in this program.
