SK C&C Builds Lineup of 13 Customized Generative AI Services for Enterprises

On the 6th, SK C&C launched 13 customized generative artificial intelligence (AI) services that can be immediately used by enterprises, linked with a multi-large language model (LLM).


The generative AI services consist of three general-purpose AI services such as AI chat, coding, and report creation, as well as job-specific services in areas including human resources, finance/accounting, legal affairs, compliance, purchasing/logistics, production management, research and development (R&D), IT development, marketing, and customer management.

SK C&C developed the generative AI services by linking an AI orchestration platform?composed of AI prompts, an internal data repository, and an AI orchestrator?with domestic and international LLMs and lightweight large language models (sLLMs) that are in high demand in the finance and manufacturing sectors.


In particular, the generative AI orchestration platform includes the AI chat service "MY CHAT" as a basic service to enhance usability. By installing MY CHAT, users can maintain security while using domestic and international LLMs within the company’s desktop virtualization (VDI) work environment. MY CHAT can be used to inquire about corporate financial information, market trends, or to handle tasks such as report writing, document summarization, and foreign language translation. It can also be integrated with various business systems to expand its role as an internal knowledge search and consultation channel.


The core orchestration technology of MY CHAT was applied to the "Woori Bank AI Knowledge Consultation Service," which was completed last year. In addition, it is currently being used by affiliates such as SK Inc., SK Networks, SKC, and SK Shieldus. The scope of use is planned to be expanded as an internal help desk.


The job-specific professional AI services cover a range of applications including automation of recruitment processes, personalized personnel evaluation and development, and HR system automation in human resources; support for financial and accounting (IR information support); legal affairs (efficiency in legal review); compliance (regulatory analysis and review efficiency); purchasing/logistics (supply chain management efficiency); production management (process optimization); R&D (data search and analysis); IT development (automation of development and quality control); marketing (campaign automation); and customer management (summary and follow-up of consultation content), reflecting comprehensive application of client cases.


SK C&C has also eliminated concerns such as increased costs due to generative AI adoption, information errors and hallucinations, and internal data leaks.
