On the 5th, ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday, Park Wan-su, Governor of Gyeongnam Province, visited Deokgye General Permanent Market in Yangsan City to check on holiday prices and the supply conditions of goods.
Governor Park purchased fruits, sesame oil, rice cake soup rice cakes, and other items himself, engaging in conversations with market merchants to hear about recent situations and difficulties they are experiencing on site.

The holiday seasonal products, including the fruits Governor Park personally bought that day, were delivered to the Wungsang Social Welfare Center in Yangsan City.
Governor Park said, “I will strive to help merchants, who have been struggling due to sluggish domestic demand and the impact of large supermarkets, regain their strength and revitalize traditional markets. I ask all residents to participate so that the activation of traditional markets can also bring vitality to the local economy.”
