Jungheung Togeon·SK Ecoplant, 'Songam Park Jungheung S-Class SK VIEW' February Sale

'Songam Park Jungheung S-Class SK VIEW' will be built on 177-1, Songha-dong, Nam-gu, Gwangju, consisting of 17 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,575 households of exclusive areas 84㎡ and 108㎡. The number of households by housing type is ▲84㎡A 591 households ▲84㎡B 419 households ▲84㎡C 196 households ▲108㎡ 369 households.

Songam Park Jungheung S-Class SK VIEW is an apartment complex embracing a park created through the private park special project (Songam Neighborhood Park). The private park special project refers to a project that creates more than 70% of the planned urban park site as a park and builds residential facilities, etc., on the remaining 30%.

The biggest advantage is that apartments are built right next to the park, allowing residents to enjoy abundant green spaces and a pleasant living environment. Since a large-scale site is required for apartments to be built within the park, its rarity is high.

Songam Neighborhood Park, covering approximately 370,000㎡, will be developed as an eco-friendly ecological space with various cultural facilities centered around three themes: Hwalbit Madang, Solbit Madang, and Neulbit Madang. Hwalbit Madang will include a cultural welfare center, a soccer field, a campground, playgrounds, and various leisure activity spaces. Solbit Madang will feature an ecological learning center and resting areas. Neulbit Madang is planned to be a community space for residents with meeting areas, urban gardens, and health yards.

The Songam General Industrial Complex located right near the complex was finally selected for the 'Urban Regeneration Innovation District' project competition. Gwangju City expects this area to attract various companies along with job creation related to the future car industry.

There is a planned elementary school site right in front of the complex, and all school districts including Hyochon Middle School and Inseong High School are within walking distance, allowing children to commute safely. It is also close to the academy districts formed in Jinwol-dong and Bongseon-dong, areas known for high educational enthusiasm in Gwangju.

Expectations for improved transportation conditions are also high. Hyochon Station on the Gyeongjeon Line is located near the complex. Recently, Gwangju City has been promoting a plan to include Hyochon Station in the 'Gwangju~Jeonnam Naju Metropolitan Railroad Line.' Additionally, it is close to the Hyo-deok IC on the 2nd Ring Road, making travel by car convenient. It is also near the Hyochon district, a large-scale residential area, and Jinwol district, the central residential area of Nam-gu.

Songam Park Jungheung S-Class SK VIEW boasts the largest scale in Nam-gu, Gwangju, with 1,575 households. The Jungheung Togeon and SK Ecoplant consortium plans to create various high-end designs and community facilities for the convenience of residents.
