Kim Hyung-su, Chairman of Buk-gu Council, Receives Korea Local Assembly Service Award

Kim Hyeong-su, Chairman of the Buk-gu Council of Gwangju Metropolitan City, received the 16th 'Korea Local Assembly Service Award.'

Chairman Kim was honored with the award at the regular general meeting of the Korea Association of City, County, and District Council Chairmen held in Busan on the 30th of last month.

Chairman Kim was recognized for his active legislative activities, including forming a research group of council members to focus on policy development and holding resident meetings to enact ordinances.

Chairman Kim said, "I will continue to do my best to create an open council that communicates with residents."
