Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Establishes 'Counseling' Car Insurance Coverage Analysis System

Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance announced on the 5th that it has launched 'Car Counseling,' a service that supports automobile insurance consulting.

With the Car Counseling system, customers can view the various recently released special coverage options at a glance. Based on an internal company survey, a feature that automatically reflects coverage and special options tailored to customer preferences has been added, making it easy and convenient to receive guidance and sign up. Car Counseling is available through Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance agents.

The Car Counseling system automatically applies automobile insurance discount special options and the maximum discount rate available for each customer to provide premium information. It also recommends coverage, special options, and subscription amounts suited to the customer's driving characteristics. The consulting results are compiled into a one-page document and sent to customers via KakaoTalk for convenient review.

A representative from Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance's automobile insurance marketing department stated, "Recently, automobile insurance has expanded in coverage scope and subscription amount limits, and the variety of premium discount special options has increased, raising the demand for customer consulting. We will strive to enhance customer satisfaction by utilizing the Car Counseling system."
