Youth-Related Agency Practitioners Training Conducted

Busan City Youth Comprehensive Support Center, entrusted by Silla University (President Heo Nam-sik), conducted capacity-building training for practitioners of youth-related organizations.

As part of the ‘Youth-Related Organization Network Project for Building Connections in Mental Health, Health, Welfare, and Learning’ by Sasang-gu Mental Health Welfare Center, Busan City Youth Comprehensive Support Center held the ‘Capacity-Building Training for Practitioners of Youth-Related Organizations’ from January 29 to 30.

This training was attended by 12 practitioners from Busan City Youth Comprehensive Support Center, as well as practitioners from Busan City Youth Independence Support Center (hybrid type), Busan City Boys’ Short-Term Youth Shelter, and School Violence Prevention and Recovery Mediation Support Center. The program included ▲Understanding and utilization of psychological tests necessary for case management of at-risk youth ▲Understanding and interpretation of various scale tests (K-CBCL, MMPI, MMPI-2, SCT, HTP, etc.) ▲Lectures by clinical psychology experts (instructors Seo Jeong Lee and Youngjin Lim), providing practical assistance to the practitioners.

Busan City Youth Comprehensive Support Center plans to continue participating in Sasang-gu Mental Health Welfare Center’s network project through various programs such as youth-related organization practitioner network meetings, case consultation meetings, mental health programs, and mental health campaigns.
