ISEcommerce and ToBeSoft Sign MOU to Upgrade WIZWID Platform

ISE Commerce is transforming into a global integrated e-commerce company through the advancement of its online platform.

ISE Commerce announced on the 2nd that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with digital transformation (DX) specialist company ToBeSoft for the advancement of a global integrated e-commerce service platform.

The MOU signing ceremony held on the 1st at ToBeSoft headquarters was attended by ISE Commerce CEO Heon Lee, Chairman Sungyong Lee, ToBeSoft CEO Kyungchan Lee, and President Imchan Lee.

This MOU was established to revamp the fashion specialty mall "WIZWID" operated by ISE Commerce. Known as a first-generation overseas direct purchase online mall, WIZWID currently sells approximately 3700 brands with over 370,000 items, showcasing the latest items from famous global brands.

ISE Commerce plans to collaborate with ToBeSoft to build infrastructure and video platform services for live commerce broadcasts within the WIZWID online mall. As many domestic and international companies are communicating with consumers through live commerce, this agreement aims to increase consumer touchpoints with more diverse content.

ToBeSoft has previously been recognized for its technical expertise through various online mall UI/UX development projects and currently provides DX solutions across all industries.

Following this agreement, ISE Commerce will focus on promotional and marketing activities to actively utilize the platform for expanding WIZWID’s fashion business area and plans to consider financial cooperation in the future to strengthen the partnership with ToBeSoft.
