Guro-gu (District Mayor Moon Heon-il) will produce video versions of the neighborhood meeting newsletters used during various meetings at community centers starting this year.

Guro-gu stated, "To effectively communicate district news, it is necessary to use various media delivery methods," and added, "We will visualize the neighborhood meeting newsletters, which were previously delivered in document form, as online videos."

The online video "On (ON) Neighborhood Meeting Newsletter" adds image animations and sound effects to the document display screen. It includes audio narration dubbing to convey information vocally, enhancing understanding.

The On (ON) Neighborhood Meeting Newsletter is produced before the community leaders' meeting held around the 25th of each month and uploaded to the Guro-gu Office Broadcasting Center on YouTube. It is also sent via Guro Notification Talk, allowing anyone to watch it without time or location constraints and enabling its use in other group meetings.

A Guro-gu official said, "We expect that people will be able to access district information more easily and vividly by watching and listening to the videos."
