On the 1st, about 5 mm of rain is forecast for Jeolla region, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo, and around 1 mm of rain is expected in the northern inland areas of Gyeongbuk. Areas experiencing rain or snow may have icy roads or black ice, so caution is advised for traffic safety. In Gangwon’s east coast and mountainous areas where heavy snow is forecast, attention should be paid to the collapse of facilities such as livestock barns or vinyl greenhouses, and vehicle entrapment.
