The stock price, which started at 45,800 KRW, down 1.29% from the previous session, has successfully reversed to an upward trend in the early trading hours. Just before the market opened that day, news broke that Lotte Data Communication had received AWS MSP 5.0 partner certification. This certification requires passing an evaluation of 145 detailed items across 13 categories. By obtaining this certification, the company can now provide comprehensive 'end-to-end' AWS solutions to cloud users, from consulting stages to app development, optimization, and support. This recognizes their professional cloud management capabilities.

Lotte Data Communication is considered a 'new growth engine' of the group, notably highlighted by Shin Dong-bin, Chairman of Lotte Group. In a recent interview with the Yomiuri Shimbun, Chairman Shin stated, "Biotechnology, metaverse, hydrogen energy, and secondary battery materials are new growth engines." Looking at the affiliates, Lotte Biologics, Lotte Healthcare, Lotte Data Communication, Lotte Chemical, and Lotte Energy Materials are mentioned.

Oh Kang-ho, a researcher at Shinhan Investment Corp., said, "While recording stable growth last year, expectations of benefits from continued digital and automation investments within the group are influencing the outlook," adding, "Expectations for improved subsidiary performance and securing IT service capabilities provide valid growth momentum."
