High-Rise Complex in Busan Center, 'Doosan We've the Zenith Central Yangjeong' for Sale

- 5% Deposit, Interest-Free Interim Payment and Other Financial Benefits
- Special Supply on February 5, First Priority Subscription on the 6th

High-rise apartments continue to attract strong interest in the housing market. Their striking exteriors and excellent visibility make them highly symbolic landmarks in their areas, while the open views and abundant sunlight provide a comfortable living environment. According to the Building Act, high-rise buildings are defined as those with 30 or more floors or a height of 120 meters or more.

Notably, in Seoul, the ‘Lotte World Tower’ stands at 555 meters and has become a must-visit destination for domestic and international tourists. In Busan, the 411-meter-tall ‘LCT’ and the 80-story ‘Haeundae Doosan We've the Zenith’ shape the Haeundae skyline and have established themselves as landmarks.

An industry insider stated, “Since high-rise apartments are rare, many of them have excellent rarity and symbolism, along with landmark premiums. It is also an advantage that construction companies with advanced technology handle the projects, making them trustworthy.”

‘Doosan We've the Zenith Central Yangjeong,’ developed by Doosan Construction in Yangjeong-dong, Busanjin-gu, is also attracting attention with its height exceeding 30 floors. This complex consists of two buildings ranging from 5 basement levels to a maximum of 36 floors above ground, with a total of 264 households. Among them, 244 apartments have exclusive areas of 59 to 76 m² and are available in eight different types.

The complex reduces the financial burden on buyers through various financial benefits. With a 5% down payment and interest-free installment payments, it is possible to own a 30-pyeong (approximately 99 m²) apartment by paying only around 30 million KRW until move-in. Additionally, two system air conditioners are provided free of charge when the balcony is expanded.

Doosan We've the Zenith Central Yangjeong is located in the heart of Busan, offering abundant infrastructure such as transportation, school districts, and convenient living facilities. Major arterial roads including Geoje-daero, Jungang-daero, and Dongseo Overpass, which run east-west through the city center, as well as Dongpyeong-ro, provide easy access to areas like Seomyeon, Haeundae, and Dongnae.

Education and natural environment are also excellent. Yangjeong Elementary and Yangseong Elementary are nearby, and within a 1 km radius, there are over ten elementary, middle, and high schools as well as universities, providing outstanding educational infrastructure. Furthermore, the complex is close to Busan Citizens Park, the largest park in Busan with the size of 60 soccer fields, as well as Song Sang-hyun Square and Hwangnyeongsan Mountain, offering abundant natural surroundings for relaxation and cultural enjoyment.

Moreover, residential conditions are expected to improve further. The area, which is a rare flat terrain in Busan, is undergoing more than 20 redevelopment projects starting with the five-zone redevelopment promotion district of Citizens Park, extending to Yangjeong and Yeonsan-dong. As a result, a new residential line of approximately 19,000 households will be formed in the Bujeon, Yeonsan, and Yangjeong areas.

The subscription schedule for the complex begins with special supply on February 5, followed by first-priority applications on the 6th and second-priority applications on the 7th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on February 19, and the official contracts will be signed over three days from March 1 to 3.
