Why Did We Listen to Companies Before Building Jungnang Startup Support Center?

Jungnang-gu (District Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi) has begun gathering opinions from companies regarding detailed facilities and business operation directions before drawing up the full blueprint for the Jungnang Startup Support Center.

The 'Jungnang Startup Support Center' is a space designed to support the activities and growth of companies starting up in Jungnang-gu. The center will be constructed on Sinnae-dong 195-1, with a total floor area of 15,926.90㎡, and is scheduled to begin construction in 2025.

To this end, the district is promoting the 'Jungnang Startup Support Center Complex Project' in collaboration with Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH), consisting of 2 basement floors and 12 above-ground floors. The first and second floors will house startup support facilities, while floors 3 through 12 will provide job-linked support housing for startup companies.

This survey targeting companies aims to reflect the vivid opinions of actual businesses to develop the startup support facilities on the first and second floors into more practical and helpful spaces, and to operate the project more efficiently.

The survey period is until February 16, and participation is possible by scanning the QR code posted on the Jungnang-gu Office website or official SNS. Anyone running a business regardless of industry, or prospective entrepreneurs, can provide their opinions.

District Mayor Ryu Gyeong-gi stated, “We will actively incorporate the results of this survey into the design of the Jungnang Startup Support Center Complex Project to create user-centered startup support facilities. We will do our best to ensure the smooth establishment of the Jungnang Startup Support Center, which will serve as the control tower for Jungnang-gu’s startup support policies, and will also discover various other support measures to aid in attracting companies and fostering their growth.”
