Namyang Dairy Products announced on the 30th that the largest shareholder has changed from Hong Won-sik and three others to Hahn & Co (Hahn & Co 19 Limited Partnership).
Hahn & Co, the new largest shareholder, holds a 52.63% stake, owning 378,938 shares.
Namyang Dairy Products stated that the reason for the change was the completion of the transfer of stock ownership and payment following the Supreme Court's final ruling on the stock sale contract.
Earlier, on the 4th, the Supreme Court upheld the original ruling in favor of Hahn & Co in the appeal trial of the stock transfer lawsuit filed against Namyang Dairy Products. Following this stock transfer, Chairman Hong and two others announced that they have received the full payment from Hahn & Co.
