Rinos is on the rise in early trading on the 30th following news that it will change its company name to 'Polaris AI' and expand its business.
As of 10:50 AM on the same day, Rinos is trading at 1,490 KRW, up 69 KRW (5.35%) from the previous trading day.
The information and communication technology (ICT) solutions company Rinos announced that it will change its company name to 'Polaris AI Co., Ltd.' and expand its artificial intelligence (AI) business.
Rinos plans to hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the 14th of next month to discuss agenda items including the appointment of new management, company name change, and addition of business objectives.
The additional business objectives to be added at the extraordinary general meeting include ▲development and supply of products and services utilizing artificial intelligence and big data technologies ▲research and development and supply of devices applying artificial intelligence solutions.
