Protagonists of the Skin Beauty Academy
Dong-Eui Institute of Technology (President Kim Young-do) held the ‘2023 Medical Skin Beauty Department LINC3.0 Customized Education Performance Expansion Workshop’ at The Party City Hall Branch on the 24th.
About 50 participants, including hospitals and clinics participating in customized education, skin beauty industry officials, and graduates, attended the workshop. They shared the current status and achievements of customized education operations, pledging to continuously expand cooperation with family companies, strengthen industry-academia-research collaboration activities, and promote mutual development.
Jang Jeong-hyun, head of the Medical Skin Beauty Department, said, “Through customized education tailored to field demand and the establishment of DX (digital transformation)-based education training and infrastructure, we will cultivate core personnel needed by the skin beauty-related industry and open the door to a job market that can create new value led by industry and academia.”
In addition to the LINC3.0 project, Dong-Eui Institute of Technology’s Medical Skin Beauty Department is solidifying its position as the ‘nation’s first and only department’ by carrying out various government-funded projects such as the University Innovation Support Project, Local Specialized College Revitalization Project, Licensed Cosmetologist (Skin) Course Evaluation-Type National Technical Qualification Project, and National Competency Standards-Based Curriculum Recognition Project.
