Seoul Milk Cooperative has been innovating to improve milk quality for 87 years since its founding in 1937, firmly maintaining its position as the number one dairy company. The reason it has consistently been loved by consumers is continuous investment in quality improvement.

Seoul Milk has continuously renewed the title of 'first in the country' in terms of quality. In 1984, it completed the country's first 'cold chain system,' ensuring that the entire intermediate distribution process was kept refrigerated, ushering in an era of premium milk quality. In 2005, it launched the country's first milk with a bacterial count of 'Grade 1A,' raising milk quality to the level of advanced dairy countries. In 2009, it introduced the 'manufacture date parallel labeling system,' providing consumers with an objective standard to choose fresher milk.

In 2016, Seoul Milk introduced the premium milk 'Na100%' made only from Grade 1 raw milk with both bacterial count 1A grade and somatic cell count grade 1. While the bacterial count grade indicates how cleanly the raw milk is managed, the somatic cell count grade serves as an indicator of the health status of the dairy cows.

Additionally, Seoul Milk is making multifaceted efforts to produce high-quality raw milk with somatic cell count grade 1, including one-on-one health management of dairy cows by designated veterinarians, dual testing of somatic cell counts at farms and factories, and expanding environmental improvement and education support projects for farms.
