The work period is three months, from March 4 to May 24. Thirty percent of the recruits will be given priority selection from low-income groups, long-term unemployed individuals, and persons with disabilities. The work schedule is five days a week (8 hours per day), and the salary will be based on the 2024 Pyeongtaek City living wage hourly rate.

Applicants must be unemployed youth aged 34 or younger who have been registered as residents of Pyeongtaek City from before the announcement date until the end of the work period. Interested youth can apply in person at the Pyeongtaek City Hall Job and Economy Division by February 8.

The city plans to select candidates through an electronic lottery on the 15th of next month and announce the results on the Pyeongtaek City Hall website the following day.

A city official expressed expectations that "this youth internship will be a great opportunity to improve job skills and facilitate transition to private sector jobs through work experience at public institutions." For more details, please contact the Pyeongtaek City Job and Economy Division.
