Icheon-si "Supporting Small Business Owners with Promotion and Interior Design"

Korea Productivity Center and 'Management Environment Improvement Project' Agreement

Gyeonggi-do Icheon City is promoting a support project for small business owners in the area, including publicity and interior installation.

Icheon City announced on the 29th that it has signed an agreement with the Korea Productivity Center and will start the 'Small Business Owner Management Environment Improvement Project' from this year.

This project is being promoted to help small business owners who are struggling due to the economic downturn after COVID-19 improve their management environment, strengthen competitiveness, and revitalize the local commercial district.

Under this agreement, experts from the Korea Productivity Center will provide customized consulting to help small business owners carry out the environment improvement project. Detailed support includes producing promotional materials, store interior work, and installing Point of Sale (POS) systems, with up to 3 million KRW supported for up to 90% of the supply cost.

Small business owners who wish to participate can apply on-site or by mail from the 19th to the 23rd of next month. Detailed information can be found in the announcement of the '2024 Icheon City Small Business Owner Management Environment Improvement Project' on the websites of Icheon City Hall and the Korea Productivity Center.
