Namdong-gu, Incheon recently announced on the 26th that it has signed a business agreement with the Small and Medium Business Corporation (SBC) to promote the 'Namdong-type Youth Worker Tomorrow Savings Support Project.'
This project supports part of the company's contribution fee (70,000 KRW) for SBC's 'Tomorrow Savings' program, which provides incentives to young core workers who remain employed long-term for five years, with Namdong-gu covering this amount for three years.
The initiative aims to help young workers in local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) build assets and encourage long-term employment, as well as to alleviate the financial burden on companies. The district expects this to contribute to corporate competitiveness and growth.
