[Concall] Samsung SDS "Expanding Facility Investment to Late 500 Billion KRW... Actively Considering M&A"

On the 25th, during a conference call following the announcement of its fourth-quarter results for last year, Samsung SDS stated, "This year, we plan to increase capital expenditures (CAPEX) to the high 500 billion KRW range to expand our cloud and generative artificial intelligence (AI) businesses."

They are also actively considering mergers and acquisitions (M&A). A Samsung SDS representative said, "M&A is necessary to secure generative AI technology and strengthen the competitiveness of our logistics business platform," adding, "We will strive to show results this year."
