Hanyang Securities analyzed on the 24th that various momentum factors will be reflected in Fine M Tech's stock price starting this year.

Lee Jun-seok, a researcher at Hanyang Securities, stated in a report on the same day, "The consolidated results for the fourth quarter of last year are expected to show sales of 72 billion KRW and operating profit of 2.3 billion KRW, representing increases of 15.0% and 181.2% respectively compared to the same period last year." He explained, "Due to the decrease in Samsung Electronics' foldable phone shipments last year, sales of internal hinges, which account for most of Fine M Tech's revenue, were sluggish, and sales of external hinges, which were expected to generate some revenue, did not occur due to delays in customer approval."

He added, "However, it appears that active consideration is being given to diversifying the supply of external hinges in new models to be released this year, so related sales are expected to expand." He forecasted, "The external hinges for the new foldable phone models are understood to have completed development, and customer test results are expected in the first half of this year."

External hinges are supplied turnkey from raw material supply to final production, making them highly profitable within Fine M Tech's product portfolio. He projected, "External hinge sales this year are expected to reach 66 billion KRW, and with an increase in external hinge market share and the possibility of customer companies launching budget foldable phones, related sales are expected to steadily rise."

There is also an increasing trend to introduce foldable technology not only in smartphones but in various electronic devices, suggesting promising future expansion. He analyzed, "The atmosphere for adopting foldable technology is growing in various applications such as tablets, pads, and gaming consoles, indicating scalability." He anticipated, "Starting this year, various momentum factors will be sequentially reflected in Fine M Tech's stock price."
