HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering announced on the 23rd that its consolidated operating profit for last year was tentatively estimated at 282.3 billion KRW, marking a return to profitability.
During the same period, sales increased by 23.1% year-on-year to 21.2962 trillion KRW. Net profit also turned positive, reaching 144.9 billion KRW.
HD Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering stated, "The profit and loss increased due to the rise in the number of vessels built and volume."
