Hwasun-gun, Recruiting Companies to Participate in Financial Support Project for Social Economy Enterprises

Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Gu Bok-gyu) announced on the 23rd that it is recruiting social economy enterprises within the region to receive financial support for social economy enterprises until February 2.

This recruitment seeks companies to support project expenses such as ▲ project development support for new business development expenses ▲ facility and equipment support for purchasing new facilities and equipment and replacing outdated facilities and equipment ▲ advancement support for building informatization systems, improving product processes, developing new products, and managing intellectual property rights.

The eligible applicants are social economy enterprises located in Hwasun-gun, including preliminary social enterprises, certified social enterprises, preliminary village enterprises, Ministry of the Interior and Safety-type village enterprises, social cooperatives, and self-support enterprises (corporations).

The support amount per company is up to 100 million KRW annually for project development expenses, up to 20 million KRW for facility and equipment projects, and up to 40 million KRW for advancement support projects.

An official from Hwasun-gun stated, “We hope this recruitment project will greatly help the growth of local enterprises,” and added, “We will continue to discover and nurture social economy enterprises and implement policies to revitalize the social economy.”
